The NCP5109 is a high voltage gate driver integrated circuit providing two outputs for direct drive of 2 N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in half bridge configuration version B or any other high side + low side configuration version A. It uses a bootstrap technique to ensure proper driving of the high side power switch. The driver uses 2 independent inputs. NCP5109 = 200V, NCP5106 = 600V
The NCP12700 is a fixed frequency, peak current mode PWM controller with all the features required to implement a single-ended power converter topology. The device has a high-voltage start-up feature, is capable of operating over a wide input range (9 – 120/200 V MSOP10/WQFN10) and provides at least 20 mA of power to temporarily bias VCC during start-up. The controller provides adjustable soft-start, input voltage UVLO protection, and an adjustable over-power protection circuit that limits the total power capability of the circuit when the input voltage increases, simplifying system thermal design. The UVLO also features a shutdown comparator that allows an external model to disable the switch, bringing the controller into a low quiescent state.
